Sleep Rescue is based in all major cities in Australia Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth not your average sleep school. Founder Gabrielle Russell envisaged a service that was not only personal, but delivered solutions to your baby's sleep problems in the home. This method is effective for a wide age group, from newborn to six years old.
Since most households across Australia are so different, the solution of routine must be individualised to achieve results in helping your baby sleep.
With this in mind Sleep Rescue has developed multiple channels to suit the needs of parents that require support. Along with products and resources, Sleep Rescue visits you in your home to develop techniques to help your baby's sleep problems. Sleep Rescue also has a telephone service for advice for your baby's sleep problems.
Unlike most sleep schools, Sleep Rescue assists you by visiting your home to uncover the source of your baby's sleep problems and help your child's sleep patterns.
That's right, we come to you! If you are within the greater Melbourne the district of Geelong, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth or anywhere that is within a two-hour travel radius of the Melbourne CBD, Sydney CBD, Brisbane CBD, Adelaide CBD and Perth CBD we make house calls. Our service is extensive with either overnight stays (7pm to 6am) or two to three-hour consultations during the day.
A suitable time to arrive at your home is around the time your baby is due for a sleep. We observe your baby and his or her environment. If your baby is ready to sleep, we will demonstrate age appropriate settling techniques, and then assess your current routine before advising you about changes to help your baby to sleep.
We will guide you through the 'Settling Booklet', which is included with the consultation, and write a detailed family care plan to help your baby sleep. This offer includes a 24-hour consultation service for your follow up questions about your baby's sleep problems.

Sleep Rescue's telephone service talks you through those trying times when nothing seems to help your baby sleep.
Sleep Rescue telephone consultation service is helpful to those families living in rural and remote areas of Australia, and international clients. It provides support to help a baby sleep for those families who can't access Sleep Rescue's home consultation service.
The cost of our telephone consultation is $220.00.
Once you have contacted us for telephone consultation, you will be asked to fill in a short questionnaire regarding your specific needs. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable appointment time. Families must allow at least one hour for this consultation. Throughout the telephone consultation we will guide you through sleep settling techniques and strategies to enable you to establish a routine suitable for helping your baby to sleep.
Following the telephone consultation a detailed individual family care plan will be designed and sent to you within 24 hours. You will also receive Sleep Rescue's very informative and successful 'Settling Booklet' which includes routines for children up to the age of 18 months, as well as free follow-ups for up to 10 days after the consultation.
