A child not sleeping is the most common problem a family will face. But surprisingly most families will not seek assistance; rather they will try and ride out the problem. This only increases the stress level in the household, which can lead to serious health issues. Some visit sleep schools but without ongoing support the results can be varied.
Sleep Rescue plans individual solutions, for children from newborn to six years old, because not every household is the same and routine in the home is one of the secrets to settling a child who is not sleeping through the night. With home visits, telephone consultation, 24-hour support line, and resources you can keep in your home, Sleep Rescue provides a comprehensive solution to your baby's sleep problems.
In-house consultation is regularly available to residents in the greater Melbourne the district of Geelong, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth metropolitan area, or anywhere that is within a two-hour travel radius of the Melbourne CBD, Sydney CBD, Brisbane CBD, Adelaide CBD and Perth CBD. Please contact Sleep Rescue if you are in rural areas and want to know when our counsellors will next be available for in-home consultations in your state.
Sleep Rescue founder Gabrielle Russell has worked in the early childhood industry for almost 25 years, and understands sleep schools inside and out. She started this service in 2000 after identifying some serious problems with sleep schools. Time and again she met the same parents returning as techniques continually failed.
Gabrielle discovered the solution was that children, from newborns to six years old, had a much better chance of having sleep problems resolved by bringing routine into the home and individualising a solution. Sleep rescue has already helped thousands of families across Melbourne with their child's sleep problems.
